We are starting a new project in Fort Myers thanks to our local marketing. The home is a great find but was used and abused by cats, dogs, and ferrets Oh My!! It smells terrible, but has great potential. It should be a pretty straight forward rehab including: paint inside and out, stucco work, flooring, bathroom/kitchen remodel, tree trimming, and a little bit of love.
The property is a 2 bedroom 1 bath single family home with 1060 sqft under air. It originally had an attached car port but it was converted to living space (seen on the left with the large windows) Attached are some before pictures and we will be updating with progress as we go!
