Cat House INTERIOR UPDATE

The interior of this house (specifically the odor, flees etc) was by far the worst part of this project. Demo was tough, but we have come a long way since then on the interior. We chose dark brown wood looking tile throughout the house and light grey walls with white trim. The color combo turned out great!
While aesthetically updating the property we also decided to upgrade to a new AC unit as well as a tankless water heater. We also are purchased a set of brand new stainless steal appliances and are having some fun with subway tile in the bathroom! Features that will make this property perfect for its new owner! While these did add to the expense column, we think they will add to the "turn key" nature of the home and help us bring in a healthy offer come sale time.
